solid spot for a short trip
excellent location breakfast buffet friendly staff room cleanliness
the location was excellent for exploring nearby shops and restaurants i found the breakfast buffet stocked with numerous choices and enjoyed the variety available the staff were consistently friendly from check-in to check-out the room's cleanliness stood out it was a pleasant surprise and made the stay more comfortable

the front desk staff was very cute and accommodating i had a smooth check-in and any questions i had were answered quickly and efficiently the staff always seemed ready to help and were very professional

the room was spacious and included a kitchenette with adequate amenities for preparing simple meals i appreciated the full-sized fridge and the breakfast bar the bed mattress was soft which added to a comfortable sleep after long days

the hotel features a decent pool area it is available to relax and unwind after a busy day i also observed a fitness center though i did not use it myself during this particular visit

solid stay, great location
smooth check-in helpful staff good breakfast buffet convenient shuttle
the check-in process was very smooth. i found the staff quite helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet was quite good (the waffles were a hit!). i liked that a shuttle connector stopped right in front of the building, very convenient for airport transfers.
the ice machines were located only on specific floors, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel has proximity to many dining options and local attractions. it is a short walk to robson street, known for its restaurants and shops. the hotel is centrally located. This makes exploring the area easy.

My studio suite had a king bed, comfortable. the suite also included a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. i found ample space to store luggage and personal belongings. This kept the room tidy.

the hotel provides complimentary breakfast each morning with a variety of options. there is an indoor pool available (i didn't use it ). the building requires key card access.

the staff were friendly and accommodating . when i asked for local recommendations, they provided helpful suggestions. housekeeping maintained a good level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Acceptable downtown experience
clean room modern appearance good location limited seating no lockers breakfast food
I stayed in a modern, very clean room. The kitchen area included all necessary utensils. I found the location good and within walking distance to the centre and public transport.
I used the swimming pool, but I found nowhere to change except the toilet. There were no lockers available to store personal items. I also found the hot food items at breakfast a little disappointing.
